Cornerstone Special Care, a HutsonWood Community, has been recognized for its exceptional satisfaction scores, placing it among the highest-performing specialized residential care communities in the nation.
Cornerstone Special Care received Holleran's Choice Community Award for its 2026 Resident Satisfaction Survey. The award places Cornerstone Special Care at the top of the Holleran National Benchmark and recognizes it as one of the most engaging skilled residential care organizations in the country. A proprietary algorithm, developed by Holleran's statisticians, researchers, and analysts, determines Choice Community Award recipients.
“We are excited to recognize the Holleran 2026 Choice Communities,” said Christine Walley, President of Holleran. “This prestigious recognition highlights the incredible work being done to cultivate strong, meaningful connections within communities. It reflects the dedication of organizations that prioritize the engagement and satisfaction of both their employees and their residents, understanding that when both are supported, the entire community thrives. We are proud to celebrate these outstanding achievements and the impact they have on building environments where people feel valued and engaged.”
“For Cornerstone Special Care, earning the Choice Community Award is a reflection of the compassion, dedication, and hard work of our team members, who strive every day to create a community where each individual feels valued, supported, and at home,” said Melissa Francque, Executive Director of Cornerstone Special Care.
Holleran maintains the largest benchmark of its kind, measuring resident and employee engagement and satisfaction in residential health care systems. The benchmark includes more than 216,000 resident and employee surveys from over 685 organizations across 37 states, Washington, D.C., and Canada, all completed within the last three years.
